此案設計上巧妙整合原始格局，打造出兼具實用與美感的現代輕奢居所。

整體公領域以大理石電視牆與鐵件展示架作為區隔，巧妙劃分客廳與餐廚場域，同時讓視線得以延伸，創造出更寬敞的空間感。利用既有斜樑結構，搭配紋理深邃的大理石包覆牆面，巧妙修飾結構量體，提升整體質感。

空間配色以黑、灰、木質為基調，融合人字拼木地板的溫潤感，讓冷靜色彩中注入一絲溫度；再以沉穩綠、酒紅與霧藍等高質感色塊作為跳色點綴，形塑豐富層次與個性氛圍。

書房空間採滑門設計，可依需求敞開或封閉，打破傳統隔間限制，讓公共空間更加彈性靈活。每一處材質與配色都經過細膩考量，打造出專屬於居住者的生活風景。

In the main area, a marble feature wall and custom metal shelving subtly define the boundary between the living and kitchen zones, while maintaining a sense of openness. An existing structural beam is softened and enhanced through marble cladding, becoming an elegant architectural highlight.

The color palette combines black, gray, and warm wood tones, grounded by herringbone flooring. Accents in forest green, wine red, and muted blue bring depth, contrast, and sophistication to the space.
