對於退休後的居所，我們希望打造一處回歸本質、貼近生活節奏的空間。

本案為32坪新成屋，原為三房兩廳兩衛，經由格局重整後，調整為兩房配置，讓主臥擁有專屬更衣室與加大的衛浴空間，提升日常使用的舒適度與便利性。

公領域採開放式設計，捨去封閉隔間，串聯玄關、餐廳與客廳，讓空間更具流動感。一進門以鐵件搭配不規則木格柵作為玄關隔屏，界定動線的同時，也保留適度穿透，維持空間的呼吸感。

設計語彙延續日式侘寂的靜謐美感，大面積採用礦物塗料、鋸紋胡桃木皮與橡木實木皮等自然材質，營造溫潤柔和的氛圍。日常的生活畫面自然而然在這裡展開：清晨在餐桌享用早餐，午後在窗邊閱讀，夜晚備餐時伴隨著家人的笑聲與對話。

從動線、材質到每一處生活情境的安排，皆回應屋主對「簡而有感」的居住想像。這不只是住宅，更是一個能讓日常被好好感受的所在。

For this post-retirement home, we envisioned a space that returns to essentials—one that gently echoes the rhythm of everyday life.
Originally a three-bedroom, two-living, two-bathroom layout, the 32-ping new-build was reconfigured into a two-bedroom plan, giving the master suite a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet that better supports daily routines.

The public areas were opened up to form a seamless connection between the entry, dining, and living spaces, allowing for more natural flow. A metal and wood-slat screen defines the entrance without closing it off, creating privacy while preserving the openness.

Inspired by the quiet beauty of wabi-sabi, the material palette includes mineral paint, textured walnut veneer, and solid oak—offering warmth and tranquility. Everyday life naturally unfolds here: breakfast at the dining table, quiet afternoons by the window, and warm conversations while preparing dinner in the open kitchen.

From circulation to materials to the small moments of living, every detail reflects the homeowner’s desire for simplicity with feeling. More than a house, this is a home where daily life is fully embraced.
