這是屬於一位年輕男主人的簡約居所，透過清水模質感與現代簡約風格的融合，勾勒出一種理性、克制卻富有細節層次的生活場景。

整體以清水模塗料作為空間基底，搭配沙色石紋磁磚、灰藍與灰綠色櫃體，在冷靜色調中注入溫潤的木質家具，創造出剛中帶柔的空間調性。開放式餐廚設計讓視野更開闊，也讓生活感自然流動。

設計亮點之一，是整合式的中島與吊架，兼具機能與美感，俐落線條中帶有俐落都市感；牆面展示層板展示屋主收藏的公仔模型，展現生活的另一面風格與趣味。木作衣櫃與電視牆則透過材質拼接與懸浮設計，賦予空間輕盈感。

全室大量留白與順暢動線規劃，讓採光與通風表現極佳。這個空間不刻意裝飾，卻在每個材質與色彩的選擇中，都蘊含著對「生活質感」的精準拿捏。

This 23-ping (76 m²) modern apartment is home to a young bachelor who embraces a minimalist lifestyle with a strong sense of materiality and tone. The design draws inspiration from raw concrete finishes, combining clean lines, a subdued palette, and thoughtful layering to shape a calm yet expressive living environment.

At its core, the space features exposed cement texture walls, complemented by sandy-toned stone-patterned tiles and grey-blue and green cabinetry. Warm wooden elements — from the floating storage units to dining chairs — soften the otherwise cool-toned space, creating a balanced and inviting atmosphere.

The open kitchen and dining zone, anchored by a clean-lined island and minimalist hanging rack, emphasizes openness and modern functionality. Shelves embedded into the wall showcase the homeowner’s favorite action figures, adding personality and a hint of playfulness to the refined space.

Every material was chosen with purpose — not to overwhelm, but to enhance light, order, and flow. The custom storage solutions and thoughtful spatial layout give this home an elevated yet understated sophistication.
